A reminder that slowness can be powerful, and beauty doesn’t ask to be rushed, an exploration of natural order and repetition.
This work brings together found shells in a spiral composition, allowing texture, tone, and form to guide the eye.
On closer inspection, the spiral becomes a quiet archive.
Each shell carries a distinct pattern – dots, stripes, gradients
– formed gradually as the shell grows. What appears ornamental is the record of movement, environment, and time.
Though no two are identical, they share an underlying order: repetition with variation, difference held in balance.
The work invites slow looking – not to classify, but to observe how nature organizes complexity into coherence.
